The Australia’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s "Working Holiday Visa Program" has attracted young people from many relevant partner countries since its inception.Since 2015,the application channel has also been opened to citizens of mainland China,with a limit of 5,000 places per year.Young people from mainland China are invited to participate.Under the development model of globalization,the author believes that it is not only because the opening of national policies allows members of various countries to practice transnational life,but also because it is the continuous increase in people’s participation that promotes and deepens the process of globalization.In addition,since the opening of such visa applications,more and more applicants want to go to Australia to participate in working holiday in recent years.This is not only related to the large social background and the rapid development of science and technology,the existence and science of network media platforms The popularity of smart devices has greatly strengthened the spread of relevant content knowledge and experience sharing,deconstructing the growth process of young people in mainland China who can only choose to "advance" or "work" in the past through virtual network media.The platform presents the audience with the imagination of new transnational life practice with "modernity" characteristics,that is,for individuals’ future choices,they no longer only stipulate life goals in traditional ways,but also open up new life choices to allow individual life.The course has become a constantly changing "liquidity" process.Australia’s working holiday program itself is also mobile,providing travelers with such visas with more choices and opportunities for change.It is also the existence of this unique experience that enables participants to experience in real life The experience and resources different from those related to politics,culture,economy,and media platforms in China have become travelers’ "invisible wealthTherefore,this study will use the qualitative research method from the perspective of mobile modernity,and take the working holiday makers from Mainland China as the research object,adopting the incomplete participation observation method and the in-depth interview method to deepen the researcher’s personal background and practical life experience,to explore how mainland Chinese working holiday makers in Australia use the online media platform to understand relevant information to establish the imagination and expectation of working holiday in Australia,and then how about when they travel to Australia for social practice The relationship;the pre-determined determination of how to conduct an early career in Australia,travel planning and post-evaluation and reflection of this unique social practice experience before going to Australia to working and holiday.In addition to summarizing the main content and research findings of this study,this study will reflect on the shortcomings of the research,look forward to the future research direction in this field,and propose how to help working holiday makers in mainland China to make them more comprehensive and healthy understand the issues related to this project and work and life choices.
