A Study On The Labor Security System Of The Workers In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The Anti-Japanese War

The construction of the labor security system for the workers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region is a major political practice during the partial administration of the Communist Party of China.This paper focuses on the establishment and development of the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region Labor security system during the Second Sino-Japanese War,organize the various labor security policies,systems,and labor security laws and regulations formulated and promulgated by the Central Committee of the CPC and the Border Region Government.Analyze the historical background,implementation process,results achieved,and social impact and significance of these policies,systems,and regulations.At the same time,the construction elements and specific contents of the labor security system for workers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region were also expounded.In the process of constructing the labor security system for workers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,the Communist Party of China adopted the “Trinity”construction method for the first time.The practical activities of the labor security departments and organizations test the applicability of policies and laws,and use the revised policies and laws to guide new practices,and ultimately unify the goal of protecting the legitimate labor rights and interests of workers in border areas.The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia workers’ labor security system has achieved outstanding results.Politically,it guarantees workers’ rights to participate in politics and deliberate management of factories;in terms of economy,it guarantees workers’ income growth and continuous improvement in living conditions;In terms of culture,workers’ rights to education and cultural activities are guaranteed.The labor security system for workers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region has improved the sense of ownership and sense of gain of the workers in the border region,the enthusiasm of the working class for participating in the construction of the border region has been strengthened,and the relationship between the border region government under the leadership of the CPC and the masses of workers has been further strengthened..It has played an important historical role in consolidating the anti-Japanese democratic regime,promoting industrial construction and economic development in the Border Region,supporting the front line.At the same time,it also provides experience and inspiration for the construction of the new Chinese workers ’labor security system and the reform and improvement of the contemporary workers’ labor security system.
