Research On The Construction Of Network Party-mass Communication Mechanism In The New Era

The Communist Party of China,as a marxist political party,always adheres to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.they must practice the party’s mass line in all its governance activities and keep in close touch with the people.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.the shock wave generated by the Internet has already gone beyond the scope of pure technology and spread to all aspects of social life.Convenient and efficient network communication makes the Internet become the “center of people’s voices”.Therefore,how to use the Internet to keep in touch with the masses in the new era has become a major issue for our party.This article focuses on the core issue of “The construction of the network party-mass communication mechanism”,supported by the theory of the party’s mass line and political communication theory.It is based on the “Wuhan Online Mass Work Department”,a regional network party-mass communication platform.Using a combination of theoretical research and empirical research,this paper focuses on the specific connotation,operation status and promotion path of the network party-mass communication mechanism.Firstly,through the connotation analysis of the core concept “network party-mass communication mechanism”,it is clarified that the network party-mass communication mechanism is a combination of structural elements,operating methods and functions.On this basis,this article starts from the structural elements of the network party-mass communication mechanism: the communication subject,the communication content,and the communication channels.Guided by the function,explore the operation mode of the interaction of the online party-mass communication mechanism---recognition mechanism,dialogue mechanism,and feedback mechanism.Secondly,use the analysis framework to combine with the case of “Wuhan Online Mass Work Department”.This article will grasp its constituent elements from the organization setting and website construction.Understand the current status of the mechanism through the analysis of the communication process and Seek the path of improvement,in the comparison of the ideal and reality of the network party-mass communication mechanism.Finally,according to the analysis framework,aiming at the practical problems of the“Wuhan Online Mass Work Department” to think about its promotion path,specifically from the perspective of the communication subject,communication content,communication channels,and system protection of the network party-mass communication mechanism.In order to achieve the ideal pattern of network communication between the party and the masses.It is hoped that the ideal pattern of network party-mass communication can be realized.
