Research On The Network Mass Line Of The Communist Party Of China

The mass line is the historical experience that the Chinese Communist Party has gained in the long-term revolutionary practice.In the various historical periods of our party revolution and construction reform,we have always adhered to the mass line and won the support and support of the people.With the development of the market economy,the party has put forward new requirements for mass work.Especially with the advent of the Internet+ era,the people's ideology and opinions appealed to the Internet,and the online platform has continuously become an important channel for leading cadres to understand public opinion and bring together people's wisdom.The decentralization,equality and openness of network communication have provided great convenience for leading cadres to carry out understanding of public opinion.In the information age,leading cadres must advance with the times,constantly innovate,and properly use the Internet to close the relationship between the party and the masses and take the party's mass line in the new era.While the work of the mass line of the Internet brings convenience to the work of the masses,it is accompanied by certain problems.This paper is divided into four chapters,which are analyzed from the perspective of asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems.The first chapter mainly introduces the outline of the party and mass line.Although the mass line work has been carried out through the network before,the concept of truly proposing the network mass line is in 2016.This chapter explains the basic connotation and theoretical basis of the network mass line and lays the foundation for the development of the thesis.Then it analyzes the similarities and differences between the network mass route and the traditional mass route.The network mass line is based on the inheritance of the mass line and the development of the characteristics of the times.Carrying out the network mass line is conducive to improving the party's ability to govern and to close the relationship between the party and the masses.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the party network work.The development of the network mass line has increased the new platform for leading cadres to understand the public opinion,added new carriers for leading cadres to accept people's political affairs,and increased new ways for leading cadres to close the masses.There are also many problems in the work of the network mass line while bringing relevant opportunities.Some party cadres have weak network literacy,online bureaucracy has occurred from time to time,and online inaction has become more and more serious,which has caused great trouble to the party and mass line.The third chapter describes the practical experience of foreign ruling parties using the Internet to connect with the people in the United States and Singapore.Some measures are worth learning from.The United States is a country with relatively early informationization.Establishing public opinion websites,forums,and implementing citizen networking programs is a way to connect with the people.Singapore is a country with a high degree of integrity.It attaches importance to the work style of the Internet and focuses on expanding the channels for netizens to participate in politics.The fourth chapter analyzes the countermeasures for improving the party network mass line in view of the problems existing in the party network mass line.On the basis of General Secretary Xi's thoughts on the network mass line,from the perspective of leading cadres consciously renewing their ideological concepts,strengthening their ability to guide public opinion,consciously accepting netizens' supervision and legislation,and exploring countermeasures to better improve the work of the party network.
