Urban development is a process in which mankind uses various scientific and technological means to transform the natural environment,and make urban continuously expand outwards.The spatial form is the process of urban space expansion and rebuilding.With the vigorous development of China’s market economy and the continuous deepening of the urbanization process,the size of the city is gradually expanding,and it is necessary to requisition and requisition land in the surrounding areas of urban built-up areas,especially rural collective land in rural settlements in urban fringe areas.The process of land acquisition and expropriation in rural settlements in urban fringe areas also involves the demolition of houses and their appendages on collective land in rural settlements.At present,there are many problems in the process of land acquisition and house demolition in rural residential areas in urban fringe areas,especially in the process of land resource relocation and relocation of space,the interests of land-expropriated farmers and other related groups have been violated,resulting in some inefficient space.Problems have also produced many negative economic and social impacts.Therefore,the problem of land acquisition and house demolition in the process of urbanization in China has become one of the hot topics in current academic research.Under different political systems,economic models,and social and cultural backgrounds,the land requisition and demolition leaders have adopted different methods and mechanisms for coordinating and integrating conflicts of interest in the process of reallocating space resources.At present,China is in a new historical period of government function transformation,economic system transformation and social deconstruction transformation,and various reforms and developments are constantly deepening.With the continuous development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,the demand for resources,especially space resources,in urban development has increased rapidly.With the construction of many new districts and new cities across the country,large-scale land acquisition and demolition movements have been launched in urban fringe areas.However,land requisition and demolition in urban fringe areas,while promoting the integrated development of urban and rural development,has also brought many social problems.Among them,conflicts of interest caused by rural collective land acquisition and house demolition have seriously affected economic development,Social harmony and political stability have aroused heated discussions and widespread attention from all walks of life.Discussing how to achieve efficient re-allocation of urban and rural space resources during the process of land acquisition and demolition in urban fringe areas,protect the vital interests of farmers and other stakeholders,and build a long-term mechanism for compensation and resettlement of land-lost farmers will become an unavoidable current and future economic and social development An important issue.To sort out the existing research results,scholars in various fields have conducted research on this issue from different perspectives.These studies are either pure land acquisition and demolition system research,or a specific analysis of a single case,lacking the combination of theory and practice The research has certain limitations and one-sidedness.From the perspective of property rights transaction theory,this paper believes that in the process of land requisition and demolition of rural residential areas in urban fringe areas of our country,the conflict of interests caused by land acquisition and demolition by various stakeholders is essentially a game of interest among multiple parties.The intricate and complex game of interest among all parties,especially the game of interest between farmers whose land has been expropriated and all parties,is the key reason for the various land acquisition and demolition conflicts.Therefore,this paper believes that in the process of land acquisition and demolition,a resource reconfiguration model should be formed to coordinate and resolve the conflicts of interests of all parties,so as to protect the relative interests of the relatively weak farmers in the process of land acquisition and demolition and achieve a balance of interests of all parties.Based on this,this paper takes the conflicts of interest in land acquisition and demolition of rural residential areas in urban fringe areas as the research object in the current urbanization process in China,and seeks a model of resource redistribution and benefit redistribution.From the perspective of property rights transaction and space resource re-allocation,the game relationship between the interests of all parties in the process of land acquisition and demolition is taken as the main line,and the research is carried out according to the logic of system-contradiction-strategy.This article starts with the following deconstructions: first,the meaning of the topic is explained,the main ideas and contents of the research are clarified,and on this basis,the concepts and relevant theories and practices of urban fringe areas,rural settlements,land acquisition,demolition and compensation and resettlement are studied.Sort out and summarize the progress.Then through questionnaire survey,interview method and other methods to investigate the land acquisition and demolition interests related subjects,understand the interests of all parties and the game relationship,and analyze the deep-seated causes of land acquisition and demolition conflicts.Then,from the perspective of compensation and resettlement,put forward,establish and improve the relevant policies and systems of resource reconfiguration in the process of land requisition and demolition of rural residential areas in urban fringe areas,establish and improve the land requisition and demolition compensation and resettlement mechanism,and optimize the interest distribution plan of stakeholders Build a communication and coordination platform for interests of all parties,establish a sustainable livelihood guarantee system for residents of land acquisition and demolition,and strengthen the monitoring and management of land relocation and resource relocation and benefit distribution to resolve and prevent social conflicts in land acquisition and demolition.Finally,the core content and research results of the full text are summarized,and the author needs to further study the problem in the future.In this paper,in view of the conflicts of interest between the land acquisition and demolition stakeholders in the rural residential areas in the urbanization process,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis from the perspective of resource reallocation and interest game,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of compensation and resettlement.In the urbanization process,compensation and resettlement strategies for land acquisition and demolition of rural residential areas in urban fringe areas have strong theoretical and practical significance.
