A Study About The Informatization Construction Of Y City’s Cultural Market Administration Law Enforcement

With the deepening of Chinese cultural system reform,the construction of comprehensive law enforcement information in the cultural market continues to advance,and the means of scientific and technological management continue to strengthen.While enjoying the convenience of Internet technology,cultural market managers are also troubled by various new problems.Therefore,it is an urgent task to find an institutionalized,standardized and long-term cultural market management innovation mode and strengthen the research on the construction of comprehensive law enforcement information in the cultural market.This paper analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive law enforcement information construction of Y City’s cultural market from organizational structure,construction background,construction process,construction content and implementation effect,summarizes the problems in the information construction,such as low system utilization rate,poor deployment and implementation,poor equipment management,lack of data integration,etc.,which are mainly caused by the lack of top-level design,insufficient team capacity Information awareness is not strong and other reasons.On the basis of drawing on the advanced experience in the construction of government informatization in other fields in China,from the perspective of public management,and using the new public management theory and information management theory,the paper puts forward to strengthen the leading role of the government in the construction of informatization,do a good job in the top-level design and overall planning,strengthen the construction of informatization talents,enhance the ability of cultural law enforcement informatization,and strengthen the awareness of informatization A series of countermeasures,such as training and increasing the importance of informatization,are aimed at continuously improving the new level and means of law enforcement and supervision of cultural market,providing comprehensive services and promoting the healthy development of cultural market.There is no relevant research in the field of information construction of comprehensive law enforcement in cultural market in China.This paper aims to provide reference for the information construction of law enforcement in other regions.
