Problems And Optimization Scheme Design Of Intelligent Police Construction In Z City

With the rapid development of information technology,the concept of big data is introduced into public security work.How to adjust and reform the police organization,make full use of the efficiency and convenience of big data to effectively carry out the construction of intelligent police,and further promote the modernization of the police management ability and management system has become an important topic for the public security organs all over the country.Z city is an important part of the core city of Nanjing metropolitan area,the National Modernization Demonstration Zone in southern Jiangsu and the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Jiangsu Province,and plays an important role in the whole J province.Recently,Z city actively responded to the requirements of "promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity" put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,focused on improving the modernization level of the city’s social public security management,and promoted the police construction of Z City from electronic police to intelligent police,so as to better bear the social management responsibility.Based on the research on social management and smart policing at home and abroad,combined with Z city’s smart policing construction practice and own work experience,this paper further clarifies the concept and construction requirements of smart policing.Taking the construction of smart policing in Z City as a typical research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation,background,measures,results,problems and causes of the construction of smart policing in Z City by using the relevant theories such as social management,public security social management,policing work,smart policing theory,etc.,through literature analysis,field research,exchange interviews and questionnaires,It is found that the construction of smart policing in Z City has made some useful explorations and achieved some results in emergency command,big data application,video information network construction,etc.,but there are still some problems in the management system of policing work,such as rigid management system,backward management concept,inadequate ideological understanding of police personnel,low informatization quality,and inadequate integration and sharing of internal and external resources,which need further improvement And promotion.In view of the problems existing in the construction of smart policing in Z City,this paper,based on the reality of smart policing construction in Z City,gives the optimization scheme of smart policing construction in Z City,puts forward the basic principles,basic ideas and objectives of smart policing construction in Z City,and gives Z city’s smart Policing from the aspects of perfecting smart policing data base,optimizing smart Policing Information System,integrating police collaborative forces,etc The specific content of the construction of smart policing,and from the aspects of talent team,funding guarantee,security guarantee,operation and maintenance protection,puts forward the guarantee measures of smart policing construction,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the construction of smart policing in Z City,and also provides useful reference and reference for the construction,improvement and innovation of smart policing in the social public security social management.
