Research On The Optimization Of Intelligent Policing Construction In Linhai

With the rapid development and in-depth integration of 5G,blockchain,cloud computing,the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,video surveillance and other new information technologies in various fields of society,social and economic organizational structure,governance structure and management mode have undergone tremendous changes,and a big data era characterized by massive data has arrived.With the substantial improvement of the quality of life of the people,people’s expectations of the public security organs are also increasing year by year.The traditional human intensive policing management model that simply relies on the operation of the police force has been unable to meet the needs of the development of policing in the new era.The contradiction between the comprehensive governance efficiency of the public security organs and the level of social and economic development,as well as the expectations of the people is becoming increasingly prominent.Since the government departments put forward the concept of smart government,the public security organs have also put forward the development concepts of smart public security and smart policing in due time to adapt to the new situation.The construction of smart policing conforms to such a development trend.Its construction concept is to demand police strength from science and technology and combat effectiveness from data,complement relevant weaknesses,improve the overall effectiveness of policing activities,promote the iterative upgrading of policing mechanisms,comprehensively enhance the fine management level of public security organs,and ultimately improve the operational efficiency of overall social governance.Grass roots public security departments,as the first line units to ensure social security and stability and maintain people’s well-being,have a strong foundation and root cause,which makes the work of grass roots public security responsible and significant.On the one hand,the construction of smart policing has made the management function of public security organs from a single management to a diversified governance combining management and service,which has increased the communication between the police and the people and greatly improved the satisfaction of the masses.On the other hand,it promotes the efficient transformation of public security work from a manpower intensive policing model to a science and technology intensive policing model,uses technical means to improve the way of public security management,and effectively improves the ability of public security organs to maintain social security and serve the people.Based on the current situation of the practice and application of smart policing in Linhai City,Zhejiang Province,and starting from the theory of multi center governance and new public service,this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the construction status and operation mode of smart policing in Linhai City,trying to identify the problems existing in the current construction of smart policing in Linhai City,the reasons behind it,and structural optimization.I hope it can provide effective reference for promoting the continued healthy and rapid development of the smart police construction in Linhai City,improving the level of social governance,and strive to solve the relevant problems in the actual construction.
