Research On Evaluation Of Residents’ Satisfaction In Community Public Projects

In urban management,the smallest unit that scholars can refer to is the community.The community concentrates a large number of urban residents,providing people with the necessary conditions to support daily life and cultural needs.With the economic development,China’s national development concept has also undergone a series of changes,and more attention has been paid to investment in the field of people’s livelihood.Especially since the beginning of the new century,the party and government have attached great importance to basic public services.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that “accelerate and improve the basic public service system,strengthen and innovate social management,and promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.”General Secretary Xi also clearly stated in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party that it is necessary to build services that are satisfactory to the people.Government.The People’s Livelihood Micro-Actual Project is an important measure for benefiting the people of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.It is based on solving the specific needs of the residents in the community,improving the happiness and satisfaction of the residents in the community,Governance and social regulation,the benign interaction of residents’ autonomy is of great significance,and it is also a major innovation in the field of social work and people’s livelihood.The dissertation starts with community public projects represented by "people’s livelihood and micro real-life" projects.First,it defines the concept of "community public projects" in the text,sorts out the literature on community public projects and residents’ satisfaction,and uses community governance theory and democratic participation theory.Based on the theory of satisfaction and satisfaction theory,and based on the evaluation of residents’ satisfaction and surveys and interviews,a community satisfaction evaluation index system for public projects in the community is constructed,and an analytic hierarchy process is used to give weight to the indicators.At the same time,the application research on the "Livelihood and Micro-Efforts" project in L community is carried out,and the problems oflow awareness and weak participation of the people in the L-Community and "Livelihoods and Micro-practice" project are proposed.The suggestions on the satisfaction of the "actual" project provide a reference for the development of the "people’s livelihood micro-actual" project and other similar types of community public project construction management.
