Research On The L-community Governance Mechanism In Yunnan

In the context of rural revitalization,with the rapid development of social economy in rural communities,community public affairs continue to increase,the awareness of community residents to participate in community public affairs management continues to increase,and multiple interest conflicts and disputes occur frequently.The development of rural community consultation governance is conducive to innovation of community governance system and improvement of governance procedures,effective protection of community residents’ rights,and promoting the stable and harmonious development of rural communities.Based on the theory of deliberative democracy and literature research,this paper interprets the basic connotation of rural community and deliberative governance,and further analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of cooperative governance in rural communities.Through case study,this paper conducts field investigation on the negotiation and governance of L community in Yunnan Province,sums up the development of L community governance and the current situation of negotiation and governance,analyzes and summarizes the public opinion collection mechanism,democratic decision-making and supervision mechanism,supervision and guarantee mechanism of Management Committee,and participation and guidance mechanism of community residents in the current development of L community consultation and governance,and analyzes l community consultation on this basis There are some problems in the development of governance,such as no worries about the structure of negotiation subject,single negotiation path and method,and imperfect community consultation system.Finally,the paper puts forward the ways to optimize the governance mechanism of L community consultation from three aspects:optimizing the structure of negotiation subject,improving the methods and methods of consultation,and improving the democratic system of consultation,so as to help l community achieve the governance goal of harmonious and stable development.
