| With the awakening of workers’ social rights,the extension of life expectancy of the population,and the continuous refinement of the social division of labor,people’s attention to retirement and post-retirement benefits has been constantly increasing.The retirement age,as the starting point of retirement,has become a hot spot in the retirement system.Although the relevant laws on the retirement age have been promulgated very early in the country and policies have been issued in recent years,they still can not meet the requirements of rapid social development,cope with the aging population,the new demographic dividend situation,and the increasing strain on old-age insurance funds.This paper analyzes the current status and problems of China’s retirement age system,draws on the relevant policies and legal practices of other countries outside the world,and combines the trends of China’s future demographic changes and the new trends of workers’ work and retirement intentions under the new normal of economic development.Focusing on the Humanized protection of workers’ retirement rights,a plan for gradually delaying retirement,flexible retirement based on differences in occupation and gender,and eventually more open Humanized retirement is proposed,and the retirement age is designed to meet the needs of social and economic development. |
