With the rapid development of economic globalization,with the increasing international economic and trade exchanges between countries around the world,the deepening of trade liberalization,foreign investment and the introduction of foreign advanced science and technology have been the key factors in promoting international economic and trade cooperation,but There are still many factors that promote the prevalence of protectionism.These factors have been repeatedly banned or even renovated along with economic growth,which has slowed down the pace of world economic and trade liberalization.New protectionism is not completely different from traditional protectionism,it is a development and update based on traditional protectionism.In terms of trade protection measures,new trade protectionism completely abandons traditional tariff measures,but uses more non-tariff measures.With the globalization of the economy,traditional trade protection measures have been more and more resisted.Financial protectionism and investment protectionism have appeared in the field of international finance and international investment,which has expanded the protection of new trade protectionism.That is,it has gradually extended from the original trade protection to the service and investment fields,and even directly to the political and military fields.New trade protectionism has appeared in the field of international trade as a new type of trade protection barrier represented by technical barriers to trade and green barriers.New trade protectionism is based on traditional trade protectionism theory and closely combines modern economic and trade theory.In the current environment of international trade liberalization,the implementation of new trade protection measures is relatively hidden,which has promoted the development of new trade protectionism.The current rapid development of new trade protectionism in the process of economic globalization.The developing countries,mainly China,are mainly labor-intensive industries that drive economic growth in the country.Due to the shortcomings of low technological content,it is difficult to cope with the international trade It is difficult to avoid the harm to countriesand enterprises caused by trade restrictions.As the largest developing country,China has also suffered the most adverse economic impact.In recent years,China ’s trade surplus and the increasing market share of its products have continued to expand.Chinese companies have encountered trade barriers related to technology,environment,and labor more frequently.The trade frictions facing China have entered a period of high incidence.In the face of this severe international trade situation,our government and enterprises should be committed to coping with various external trade frictions and create superior international trade conditions for the export of our products and services to foreign trade.This article is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background of this article and the significance of this topic selection.It summarizes the specific research of domestic and foreign literature on new trade protectionism,and the research ideas and research methods of this paper.Make a preliminary introduction.The second chapter first discusses the concept and essence of new trade protectionism and the new places of trade protection,and then introduces the relevant theories of new trade protectionism.The third chapter analyzes the measures adopted by the US and the EU in the context of the new theoretical protection of the new protectionism,and the future development trends of the US and the EU on the issue of new protectionism.of.The fourth chapter focuses on analyzing the harm caused by the current new trade protectionism to China’s trade,and analyzes China’s current trade situation,reasons and adverse effects.Chapter 5: Finally,analyze what legal measures China should take to respond to new trade protectionism,and what policies and measures should be adopted by the Chinese government and enterprises in the context of economic globalization.It is also necessary for us to explore legal responses to international trade frictions that are beneficial to us.
