Hierarchical Interests And Idea Structure Of The China-US Strategic Mutual Trust

As the power of China is rising and the United States is changing their global strategic,China‐US relations become one of most important bilateral relationships of the word, there is a broad common interests between China and the United States but have no corresponding to cooperation. On the other hand, Surrounding China, tructural contradictions highlight dispute of strategic relations between the two countries, this is the result of the two countries strategic idea of differences in world view. Under the current international order, the two countries share the principles of the faith of the China‐US strategic mutual trust construct platform for dialogue and cooperation, the bilateral relationship between institutional factors reflects the mutual benefit of causal becomes the key to build the China‐US strategic mutual trust.In the first chapter " hierarchical interests and idea structure: an analytical framework" in this paper, theoretical foundation, through to the interests of layered theory and the concept of the structure of the construction on the basis of the analysis of China’s strategic mutual trust, so as to clear the three key link of the china‐us strategic mutual trust, presents causal hypotheses of the china‐us strategic mutual trust.The second chapter,"the strategic concept contrast" is based on the theory of existing between the two countries, comparing the strategic concept in world outlook, the principle of faith and the concept of cause and effect of contrast, find out the contradictions in the China‐US strategic and fit, to understand the concept of structure of the China‐US strategic mutual trust. In the third chapter “China‐US strategic mutual trust in east Asia affairs" from the DPRK nuclear issue, China‐Japan dispute to verify this hypothesis, from different angles to deepen the cognition to the problem of China‐US strategic mutual trust, for constructing the new powers of China‐US relations and explore the path of strategic mutual trust.
