| According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party,talent is a strategic resource for achieving national rejuvenation and winning international competition initiative.High-level talents are an important expression of a country’s comprehensive strength.The essence of competition in today’s world is the competition of talents,especially the competition of high-level talents.Modern society is gradually transitioning to a society with knowledge as the core driving force.Under such circumstances,the importance of high-level personnel training is self-evident for the development of a country,and high-level personnel are a huge resource.Can represent a country’s competitiveness in the international market to some extent.High-level talents have played an enormous role in both economic and institutional terms and have made great contributions to the process of economic typology.The introduction of high-level talents within the county area is the most basic unit of the implementation of China’s entire talent plan and the main battlefield of talent work.It is of great significance to further optimize the construction of employment and entrepreneurship environment for high-level talents in counties and explore the training and management of high-level talents in counties.What is the degree of implementation of the high-level talents training program in the county level? What ways can be taken to attract and build long-term partnerships with such talent? Finding answers to these questions will help us to move the regional economy forward in a better state and more efficiently.Based on my many years of work experience,the example selected in this paper is the management of the introduction of high-level talents in Hai’an City.According to the relevant data collected,the status quo of the implementation of the Hai’an high-level talents training plan and the corresponding management mechanism are analyzed in depth to find out the key points.That is,the main factors that can attract these high-level talents,and then further improve the management mechanism on the basis of this,summed up a set of specific practical experience. |
