| The fourth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed that we should adhere to and improve the governance system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,create a governance pattern of co-negotiation,co-construction,co-governance and sharing,maintain social stability and safeguard national security.We must resolutely reform and innovate in accordance with this requirement,keep pace with the times,and further create a new situation of social governance in the new era.The old revolutionary areas are the places that bear the initial heart of the Communists and the red soil that breeds the spirit of the long March.At the same time,the old revolutionary areas are also the shackles of the country to realize the modernization of social governance.To realize the modernization of national governance,we must pay attention to improving the social governance ability and level of the old revolutionary areas.Zunyi is a famous revolutionary shrine,precipitated rich revolutionary culture,contains a strong red gene.This paper analyzes the present situation of the integration of the long March spirit into the social governance of the old revolutionary area of Zunyi,explores the reasonable countermeasures for the integration of the long March spirit into the social governance of the old revolutionary area of Zunyi in the new period,and earnestly promotes the improvement of the level of social governance.This paper mainly from the long march spirit into the Zunyi revolutionary old area social governance role,achievements,difficulties and influencing factors and the path to achieve integration,combined with the corresponding actual cases and investigation results,to explore reasonable and effective countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts,including the introduction,the main part of the paper(a total of 4 parts)and the conclusion.The first part of the introduction,mainly describes the background and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research status,at the same time put forward the basic framework of the research,the main research methods and paper innovation.The second part focuses on the integration of the long march spirit into the social governance of the old zunyi revolutionary area,focusing on the integration of the long march spirit into the old zunyi revolutionary area is conducive to strengthening the ideals and beliefs of the masses,consolidating common ideals,inheriting the spirit of overall interests,achieving harmonious old areas,cultivating the spirit of unity between the party and the masses,building a beautiful zunyi,adhering to the spirit of realistic innovation,and innovating grass-roots governance.The third part explains the location and object of the survey,the design and distribution of the questionnaire,the details of the interview and the data collation and analysis of the questionnaire and field interview materials.The fourth part is the status quo of social governance in the old revolutionary area of Zunyi with the integration of the long March spirit.According to the interview and questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the effect and existing problems of the integration of the spirit of the long March into the old revolutionary area of Zunyi,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth part mainly aims at the problems and causes of the integration of the long march spirit into the old zunyi revolutionary area put forward in the fourth part,and focuses on exploring the reasonable path for the long march spirit to better integrate into the social governance of the old zunyi revolutionary area in the new era from the four aspects of grass-roots people,social organizations,government agencies and multiple social values. |
