Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion On The Issue Of Happiness

Paying attention to the value of life and pursuing the happiness of life is the eternal theme of the development of human society.Since the 18 th CPC national congress,Xi Jinping,based on the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the overall development of human society,has published a series of important discussion on the issue of happiness and formed a relatively systematic thought on happiness.Taking Xi Jinping’s important discussion on happiness as the research object,this paper investigates its theoretical origin and practical basis,emphatically discusses its theoretical connotation and distinctive characteristics,and summarizes its contemporary value in both theoretical and practical aspects.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the forming conditions of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on happiness.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on happiness is based on the development and changes of Chinese and the whole world,it is not only a summary of the Communist Party of China’s experience in ruling for the people’s happiness,but also an absorption and reference of Marx’s happiness thought,the "people-oriented" thought,the struggle tradition,the "harmony between man and nature" thought and the "well-off" and "Great Harmony" thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The second part expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the issue of happiness.This part takes Xi Jinping’s political experience as a clue to sort out its development process,from the determination to work for the people to the change of work style,to solve problems for the people and then to seek happiness for the people,forming a relatively systematic and important discussion on the issue of happiness.It adheres to the fundamental position of taking the people as the center,with " Five-in-One " general layout for material foundation,with " the four overall advance " strategies for important guarantee,with labor practice for the realization of the path,in order to realize the free comprehensive development as the ultimate goal of all people.It has five characteristics: scientificity;the people character;practicality;systematic;openness.The third part summarizes the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on happiness.In theory,it not only enriches and develops Marx’s thought of happiness and socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also criticizes and refutes the Postmodernist theory of happiness.In practice,it is of practical significance to guide the people to establish a scientific concept of happiness,to realize the great rejuvenation of China and to seek common development of humankind.
