Optimization Of Comprehensive Governance On Social Security In W County ZheJiang Province

Since the promotion for the overall layout of the "five in one" and coordinated strategic overlay of "four comprehensive” on the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the central government has come up with new tactics and concepts for social security governance.This paper focuses on how to optimize the mode of comprehensive administration of public security in W county,Zhejiang province,combining with the current situation of public security in W county,several major conflicts and disputes,and the prevention and control mechanism of comprehensive administration of Public Security,this paper points out the problems existing in the administration function,administration strength and administration tools under the comprehensive administration mode of social public security in W county,and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the comprehensive administration mode of social public security in W county.This study expounds the development of the comprehensive governance theory on social security around the world by literature research.It systematically summarizes the related theories like multi-center governance theory etc.and defines the concepts about governance mode.The normative research method is utilized to elaborate the history,pattern and characteristics of China’s comprehensive management on public security,including the current status of W county’s comprehensive management on public security and the basic modes of different types like leadership responsibility type,single grid type,cloud eye voice control type and so on.The problems on the current governance mode of social security in W County and its formation are also analyzed by cases.Finally,suggestions are put up together to optimize the comprehensive governance mode on social security considering the existing problems in W county.To conclude,based on the in-depth study of comprehensive governance on social security,this paper has proposed multiple optimization approaches with the possible results from the perspective of administration.It provides a practical governance mode specifically for W county,which offers a reference to the comprehensive governance on its local public security.
