Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Of Dilapidated Houses Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since reform and opening up,China’s rural social development has made remarkable achievements,the level of agricultural modernization is further improved and the overalloutlook of the countryside continues to improve,farmers living standards continued to improve.Especially the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the development of agriculture and rural areas should be placed in an important position in the overall strategic layout of national development,and put forward the "rural revitalization strategy" this major decision-making deployment.This major decision deployment also clarifies the direction of rural development in my country for a period of time in the future,strengthened the confidence of building socialism power.Renovation of dilapidated rural houses as a benefiting policy to improve the housing conditions of rural residents,has important practical significance for ensuring the safety of rural residents’ lives and property,maintaining rural social and political stability,and improving the overall rural environment.As my counntry fully implements the rural revitalization strategy,the renovation of dilapidated buildings has entered a brand new period,Compared with the previous goal to meet the basic housing safety of farmers,our country will transform rural houses with more consummate measures,more stricter standards,and more advanced technology.This thesis selects J County,which has more prominent traditional agriculture and rural characteristics,as a research case,sort out and summarize the policy formulation,policy implementation,and audience feedback of the dilapidated house renovation work in County J,from the perspective of rural revitalization strategydiscuss through literature research,case analysis,person interviews.Using social security theory,collaborative governance theory,and hierarchy of needs as theoretical suport,to analyze the achievements and problems in the renovation of dilapidated houses in County J.Through the investigation and study,we found that the renovation of rural dilapidated houses in County J mainly has problems in several dimensions such as policy system,government management,executive personnel,and renovation of rural households,mainly due to factors such as imperfect policy and regulation system,low participation of social organizations,in-depth cooperation between various government departments,and single channels of integrated funds.Based on the summarized issues,this thesis makes recommendations from the policy system,implementing agencies,funding channel,etc.we hope to be able to put forward effective suggestions for the reno vation of dilapidated houses in the important historical opportunity period of comprehensively completing poverty alleviation and turning to comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,we holp peasantry "can be able to live in a safe ho use",can play a positive role in promoting the renovation of dilapidated buildings in other areas,serving the national economic and social development.
