| In recent years,public security incidents occur frequently,and the resulting network public opinion has a significant impact on the order of cyberspace and social stability,testing the government’s governance ability of network public opinion on public security incidents.In reality,some local governments are inexperienced and ineffective in dealing with internet public opinion,which leads to the spread of Internet rumors,social emotional panic,the decline of government credibility and other negative effects.In the era of we media,public security incidents will quickly form a huge network public opinion on the Internet after the spread of Internet users.How to control the dominant power and discourse power of network public opinion in the hands of the government,how to accurately grasp the evolution law of network public opinion of public security incidents,and how to better govern the network public opinion of public security incidents is an important issue for the government.Firstly,according to the life cycle theory of public opinion,combined with the characteristics of public security events,this paper analyzes the formation,diffusion and fading rules of network public opinion of public security events.Secondly,according to the evolution law of network public opinion,through the analysis of two cases of "Shandong vaccine case" and"Tianjin Port 8.12 explosion",this paper explores the main measures,effectiveness and existing problems of local government in dealing with network public opinion of public security incidents.In general,China has initially built a diversified information release platform,the legal system and institutions of Internet public opinion governance are gradually improving,and the response mechanism of Internet public opinion has also been initially formed.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect linkage mechanism of departments,single governance subject,unclear responsibilities,insufficient participation of social forces,imperfect early warning mechanism of network public opinion,simple governance mode of network public opinion,and so on.Finally,according to the evolution law of network public opinion and the problems existing in collaborative governance,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the public security network public opinion governance,including bringing the network public opinion governance into the legal track,establishing the linkage mechanism between government departments,guiding social forces to participate in the network public opinion governance,improving the network public opinion early warning mechanism and establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism with new media. |
