| With the rapid development of scientific and technological information in the Internet era,people’s means of understanding and understanding the world are constantly innovating.With the growing ranks of netizens,Sina Weibo entered its mature stage in 2013 from the exploratory stage,and became an independent public opinion field in the process of stable development,playing an important role in the spread of emergencies.In this paper,we take four unexpected criminal cases in social security incidents from 2013 to 2017 as the research object.According to the time and keywords of the incidents,we search Sina Weibo,select the original Weibo as the sample,and use content analysis method to study.From the three periods of public opinion latency,outbreak and recession,the dissemination characteristics of sudden criminal cases on the micro-blog platform are analyzed.It is concluded that the audience in the latent period seizes the opportunity to publish,the media micro-blog and government micro-blog have a wide influence in the outbreak period,the multiple topics and negative emotions increasesharply,the events in the recession period solve the decline of public opinion,and the netizens return to the characteristics of calm after emotional catharsis.This paper studies the role of microblog platform in the process of public opinion dissemination in sudden criminal cases.It holds that microblog not only promotes the evolution of public opinion and expands the scope of public opinion,but also plays the role of social emotional safety valve.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems of sudden criminal cases in the process of microblog public opinion dissemination,including the generation and harm of rumors and secondary public opinion,the difficulty of controlling netizens’ emotions and the need for cautious treatment of opinion leaders as "double-edged sword" in the public opinion field,and puts forward corresponding strategies according to the problems. |
