The Construction And Application Of Digital Copyright Industry Ecosystem Based On Block Chain

Under the background of the rapid development of digital economy and the integration of culture and technology,the digital content industry has shown unprecedented market potential and broad development space.More and more digital works urgently need protection modes and management means such as copyright registration and copyright authorization to prevent infringement.In the traditional centralized copyright management mode,the problems of copyright confirmation,authorization and right protection are becoming more and more prominent.The emergence of blockchain technology has attracted wide attention from all walks of life,and has been fully recognized and studied in various aspects in the field of digital copyright.Blockchain technology is a new decentralized technology solution composed of chain data structure,point-to-point network,consensus algorithm,distributed storage architecture and other information technologies.In the blockchain system,data encryption,timestamp,consensus algorithm and other technologies can be used to achieve decentralized point-to-point transaction and operation without mutual trust,To solve the problems of high cost,low efficiency and data security risk in centralized system management.However,the application of blockchain technology in the field of digital copyright is limited by the digital copyright system environment,the privacy protection of the participants and the secure transmission of copyright information,which is prone to the trend of government supervision,isolated data island of blockchain and uncontrollable after authorization.Based on this,on the basis of analyzing the causes of the current block chain application problems,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of the application of block chain technology in the digital copyright industry,and puts forward the application countermeasures of block chain technology in the digital copyright industry from the perspective of managers.In combination with the interest demands of stakeholders and the needs of copyright protection management,a digital rights registration mechanism and a digital rights authorization trading mechanism based on the multi-channel alliance chain are proposed to overcome the technical defects of block chain and meet the principles and needs of digital rights protection.Finally,the paper proposes to construct the ecosystem structure of digital copyright industry with collaborative autonomy and multi-layer governance,and promote the management mode of digital copyright industry under the integration of technology and management,which is conducive to the long-term development and virtuous cycle of digital copyright industry.
