| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social and economic level,people’s living standards continue to improve,the hotel industry has also been an unprecedented development,to meet the people’s high-quality way of life,but also promote the development of local economy,but the hotel industry has also led to a large number of cases,incidents,fire accidents,gambling and other social ugly phenomenon The phenomenon has become increasingly prominent,which has caused great security risks to social security.How to strengthen the public security management of hotel industry and maintain social stability in the new situation has become the focus and difficulty of the government departments.This paper is divided into seven chapters to discuss the outstanding problems and shortcomings of the current hotel public security management in L District of Chengdu City.Combined with the public governance theory,good governance theory and polycentric governance theory,this paper uses the "grid" management mode for reference,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.At present,there are many public security problems in the development of the hotel industry,such as prostitution,drug trafficking and other public security cases.The use of hotels to kill,kidnap and other criminal cases occur from time to time.The major fire incidents caused by the increasing fire hazards have also attracted high attention of the society.The increase of new accommodation places is a test of the management ability of the competent departments Under the situation,the lack of ability,single means and lack of ways of public security management work of the government departments in charge of the hotel industry is gradually highlighted,which is mainly manifested in the imperfection of the current management laws and regulations,the inadequate implementation of various public security management systems,the limited number of grass-roots management teams to undertake the main public security management work,the imperfect linkage mechanism of the departments in charge and the lack of information management In addition,the use of standardization means is insufficient.In view of the problems existing in the public security management of the hotel industry,this paper proposes to revise,improve,establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations to increase the enforceability;then we should urge the implementation of the main responsibility of the hotel industry and give full play to its own enthusiasm in participating in the governance;third,we should combine the relevant theories to establish a multi center governance system,learn from the "grid" management mode,and explore new management methods It is necessary to improve the concept and means of the hotel public security management subject,and fully apply the information means to the public security management.We should strive to enhance the governance capacity of the main body of public security management in the hotel industry and improve the public security of the hotel industry in L district. |
