The process of economic globalization that keeps pace with the times has not only brought unprecedented growth opportunities to enterprises,but also created many challenges to their long-term operations.Enterprises should not only pay attention to the realization of economic benefits,but also pay attention to cultivating the moral quality of organization members,adhere to the moral bottom line,avoid moral hazards,and escort the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.However,in today’s commercial market,there are frequent ethical scandals.Companies ignore national laws and social ethics and have committed a series of unethical behaviors that are harmful to the organization and social development.This has seriously affected the practice of socialist core values ??and corporate reputation.Creation.In the final analysis,the unethical incidents made by the enterprise are the epitome of the imperfect cultivation of the moral quality of the employees within the enterprise.As a corporate leader,as the leader and manager of the company,his behavior will directly affect the work attitude and behavior of employees.Mindful leaders use their own state of mindfulness to strictly regulate their own behavior,attach importance to improving moral quality,and have a high degree of sensitivity and flexibility to events.This strict self-discipline spirit will set a good role model for employees and stimulate employees to be positive The subjective initiative of behavior.Therefore,this article adopts the method of empirical research to discuss the effect and mechanism of mindful leadership on the moral behavior of employees.This research first reviews the relevant literature of each variable,combs the existing research results of mindful leadership,moral identity,power distance,and employee moral behavior,and proposes hypotheses on this basis,builds models,and collects data through the Internet by issuing electronic questionnaires.Use SPSS26.0 for data analysis to verify the hypothesis.This research finally confirmed the following conclusions:(1)Mindful leadership positively influences the moral behavior of employees;(2)Moral identity plays a part of the mediating role between mindful leadership and moral behavior of employees;(3)Power distance is in mindful leadership It plays a negative role in regulating the moral behavior of employees,that is,the higher the power distance,the weaker the effect of mindful leadership on the moral behavior of employees.Compared with previous scholars’ research on mindful leadership and employee moral behavior,this article takes the new leadership style,namely mindful leadership,as the research starting point,enriching the research on the antecedent variables of employee moral behavior in the field of organization and management.Secondly,this research expands the effective field of mindful leadership,and introduces moral identity as an intermediary variable to expand the path research of mindful leadership,and opens up a new perspective on leadership research in the field of organization management.Finally,this article introduces the power distance of the adjustment variable,discusses the boundary conditions of the role and effect of the leadership style from the perspective of cultural dimensions,and is also an extension of the research on the moral behavior of employees.
