ObjectiveBased on the teenagers' moral identity and prosocial behavior investigation and analysis,the current understanding of adolescent moral identity and prosocial behavior status in XinJiang,analysis of the transference of parenting style,self-esteem,influence of moral identity and prosocial behavior factors by path analysis,create moral identity and prosocial behavior of the influence factors of the hypothesis model.The research results provide a theoretical basis for practical moral education.MethodsThe use of Moral Identity Measure,MIM?PTM?s-EMBU-C?Basic Empathy Scale,BES?SEs 5scale,using the convenience sampling method,In the three Xinjiang high school in Shihezi city high school students as the research object,Using descriptive statistics,t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods,and using the path analysis of the construction of the youth moral identity and prosocial behavior and its influencing factors in the model.ResultsYoung people in the moral identity overall high score(4.08+0.55);tity overall high score(4.08+0.55);Gender in moral identity(p<0.01)and implicit dimensions(p<0.01)? explicit dimensions(p<0.01)difference significantly;The grade in the moral identity and explicit dimensions no difference,but the implicit dimension,a significant difference(p<0.05);The type of school in moral identity(p<0.01)and implicit dimension(p<0.01))have significant difference;One child had significant differences in moral identity(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in each dimension;The degree of cultural and moral identity parents explicit dimensions significantly differences(p<0.01);Parenting style,self-esteem,empathy and moral identity correlation,and can predict the moral.and have prediction effect on morality.Adolescents' prosocial behavior high level(3.73 + 0.49);Gender in prosocial behavior openness(p<0.05)and emotional(p<0.05)dimension significant difference;In the pro social grade(p<0.01)and its various dimensions have a significant difference;The type of school(p<0.01)in the prosocial and its various dimensions have significant difference;Home and parents' education level was significantly higher in prosocial behavior and its dimensions difference;Parenting style,self-esteem,empathy and prosocial behavior significantly,and has forecast effect on prosocial behavior.Moral identity and prosocial behaviorand and it's dimensions was Significantly related(p<0.01),Moral identity can predict prosocial behavior in a certain extent;Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role between parenting style and moral identity,The mediating effect of the proportion of the total effect is0.151*0.221/0.134=24.90%;Empathy plays a partial mediating role between parenting style and moral identity,The mediating effect of the proportion of the total effect is 0.107*0.234/0.109=22.97%;Self-esteem and empathy in moral identity and chain the mediator effect between prosocial behavior,namely moral identity not only directly affect the prosocial behavior,also affected by the self-esteem and empathy which affects prosocial behavior.ConclusionsMoral identity and prosocial behavior in good condition in XiJiang;Parenting style,self esteem and empathy influence factors can predict moral identity and prosocial behavior,And in the moral identity and prosocial behavior is the intermediary role;The path model and theoretical basis,can be targeted to moral identity and prosocial behavior training.
