Research On The Quality Management Of The Electronic Prosecution Project Of C City Procurator Ate

Electronic prosecution refers to the use of internal electronic and network office,information sharing and real-time communication between relevant units and their own departments through computer network,two-way information exchange with the public through the network,to achieve electronic prosecution work.The electronic prosecution project uses a series of modern technologies,such as computer,network and communication,to continuously improve the efficiency and level of management and decision-making of various procuratorial businesses through the in-depth development and extensive use of information resources,so as to improve the internal and external cooperation ability of procuratorial organs.With the development of global information technology,the degree of information technology directly affects the reputation of procuratorial organs,and becomes a standard to measure the development level of each hospital.All developed countries and regions are urging procuratorial organs to use information technology,and Internet technology is reshaping a more efficient and direct electronic procuratorial service.In this paper,the quality management of the electronic prosecution project of C City procuratorate is taken as the research object,and the knowledge of engineering management is applied to the actual project construction.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the current domestic and foreign engineering management development and research status of literature review,as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the current situation of E-government engineering management in China is studied.Starting from the content,process and management method of E-government engineering construction,the main factors of quality problems of E-government engineering in the past are analyzed.Thirdly,by comparing the similarities and differences between E-government and e-inspection,this paper analyzes that the requirements of e-inspection project in confidentiality,connectivity,reliability and timeliness are higher than those of e-government.Based on these characteristics,the personnel management mode for e-inspection project is formulated,which allows the owners,construction parties,supervisors and external parties to participate in the construction of the project,using AHP layer The secondary analysis method is used to determine the key construction links of the electronic inspection project,and fine management means are used in the key construction links to formulate detailed procedures,construction requirements and acceptance standards.Finally,according to the method of quality management,the case study of the electronic inspection project of C City procuratorate is carried out.The study shows that the key control of engineering equipment,software deployment and line laying,which is composed of external units and technical personnel of the procuratorate,is conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of the electronic inspection project.
