Research On Informatization Construction Of Inspection In T Area Of Jinan

Currently,with the rapid development of information technology,the Party Central Committee has elevated "big data development" and "Internet+" to the national strategic level.Xi Jingping has repeatedly emphasized in public that informatization is the key to promoting the development of socialist modernization.He should learn to use Internet technology to implement government work,improve work efficiency,and strengthen the construction of government informatization,so as to promote the modernization of national governance.Influenced by the development of information technology,the thinking and behavior of Party members and cadres are also changing,which makes some clues of violation of discipline and law more concealed,more intelligent and more diverse,and the traditional way of supervision can no longer meet the needs of work,so the way of supervision within the Party is changing.Inspection is an important means of supervision within the Party.General Secretary Xi Jinping,when considering the comprehensive report of the fourth round of inspection of the Nineteenth Central Committee and the report of the key work of the Leading Group of the Central Inspection Work in 2019,specifically emphasized the need to strengthen the informatization construction of inspection work in order to promote standardization through informatization.Since then,the central and local levels have made many explorations in the information construction of inspection and patrol,such as the construction of inspection and patrol work network platform and inspection(patrol)stand-alone system by the Central Inspection Office,and the development of comprehensive information management system of inspection and patrol by Shandong,Yunnan and other provinces.Inspection and patrol rectification and supervision system,Inspection and patrol work database and other platform systems.As the first representative of cities and counties(districts)in Shandong Province to try out the central inspection(inspection)stand-alone system and the on-site work subsystem in the provincial inspection comprehensive information management system,T area,on the basis of first trying and accumulating experience,fully consi derates the practical difficulties in patrol practice,and opens the exploration road of T District patrol information construction in 2021.T area patrol information construction work to District Committee patrol data information management system as the core,to build the District Committee patrol data management center,and put into use in August 2021.In order to ensure the smooth development of inspection informatization construction,T District has taken many measures simultaneously,focusing on the allocation of personnel,constantly improving the system and norms of inspection informatization construction,and gradually showing the results of inspection informationization construction through concrete practice.Practice has proved that through the inspection information construction work,the supervision problems of small area,many acquaintances,not deep patrol,not thorough inspection in districts and counties have been effectively solved,but in the process of promotion,the shortcomings of imp rofect system,inconsistent construction standards and inadequate human resources have also been exposed.In this paper,T area inspection information construction as a typical case,through case analysis,semi-structured interviews,summarizes the T area inspection information construction work to take the way and the effect,analysis of the current environment inspection information construction problems,shortcomings and reasons,this paper puts forward to improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection informatization construction countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the deep integration of information technology means and inspection work,achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of work,and then improve the ability of inspection to find,analyze and solve problems,and get through the last mile of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way.
