| The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the political mobilization of the people and regards political mobilization as a political advantage for the party to achieve great achievements in revolution,construction,and reform.During the Revolutionary War,the Communist Party of China gave full play to the party’s political mobilization advantages.The first strategic decisive battle during the War of Liberation-the Battle of Liaoshen,the party carried out effective political mobilization of the masses for the victory of the Battle of Liaoshen.Laid a solid foundation,and finally won the victory of the Liaoshen Campaign.As a strategic decisive battle in which the party used the advantage of political mobilization to win the first victory in the War of Liberation,the political mobilization of the Liaoshen Campaign was a clear representative in the party’s political mobilization history.To this end,this article takes the political mobilization of the party in the Liaoshen Campaign as the research object,and conducts an in-depth discussion on the necessity,measures,methods,characteristics,and enlightenments of the party’s political mobilization in the Liaoshen Campaign.Study the party’s political mobilization in the Liaoshen Campaign,guided by Marxist related theories,and analyzed its strengths and weaknesses based on the measures and characteristics of the party’s political mobilization,and better summarize the party’s political mobilization theories and theories based on history.Work,master the laws and experience,in order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the party to deal with today’s complex and changeable international and domestic situations and for political mobilization.More importantly,the victory of the Liaoshen Campaign made great contributions to the victory of the War of Liberation and even the founding of New China.Therefore,taking the study of the political mobilization of the Liaoshen Campaign as the starting point,and then reorganizing the Liaoshen Campaign,undoubtedly has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into the following five parts:Chapter 1,Introduction.Mainly expounds the reason for the topic,the significance of the research,and the current research status of the political mobilization of the Chinese Communist Party and the Liaoshen Campaign at home and abroad.Through classification and sorting of existing literature,it is proposed to adopt literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,etc.,to analyze the political mobilization of the Chinese Communist Party in the Liaoshen Campaign during the Liberation War,and at the same time clarify the research ideas,innovations and deficiencies of this article.Chapter 2,Political mobilization and the political mobilization of the Communist Party of China.To define the concept of political mobilization,and at the same time to further comb the theoretical basis and practical experience of the political mobilization of the Communist Party of China.Chapter 3,the necessity of political mobilization in the Liaoshen Campaign.Starting from the historical background of the successful political mobilization of the Liaoshen Campaign laid the foundation for the victory of the Liaoshen Campaign,promoted the development of various undertakings in the Northeast Liberated Area,and accelerated the process and even the victory of the National War of Liberation;Studying the political mobilization of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party during the Liaoshen Campaign and even the War of Liberation,it is concluded that the guiding ideology of the political mobilization of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party is different,the objectives and methods are different,the characteristics and the effects are different;the enlightenment of the political mobilization of the Liaoshen Campaign is summarized,and the Liaoshen Campaign is considered Successful political mobilization benefited from the adherence to the party’s leadership of all work and the adherence to the people-centered concept. |
