Research On Morality Practice Mode Of Communist Youth League's Volunteer Service

Since China's reform and opening up, the transformation of the economic system has begun to show substantial shocks on strong and heavy traditional life structure which has been accumulated for thousands of years. In the framework of government, market and society, the structure of the national governance system will be the mutual cooperation and restraint of government, market and society. Government is no longer the only governance body, the relationship between government and society will face a significant adjustment and reconstruction, more emphasis on the active participation of community self-management organizations and civil society organizations on the management of public affairs. With the transformation of government functions, the Communist Youth League has actively participated in social management innovation. Not only the positive response of Communist Youth League organizations to political strategy in the political direction of the Party, but also the innovation of Communist Youth League functions in the new era, and the good opportunity to realize political function through its social function.Since the 1990's, “China youth volunteer action” organized by the Communist Youth League has symbolized that the era of China youth volunteer service has come. Volunteer service has turned into an important way that people get involved in social life in recent 20 years. As the peripheral organization of Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League reserved talents for Chinese Communist Party, reconsidered and kept a firm grasp on the volunteer service, searched out a new function of social management, played a new role and took responsibilities in social service. As a mode of ethical practice with characteristic of the time, volunteer service had the important function of educating. The communist youth league organized youth people to serve the society and others by means of volunteer service, developed the potential of young people themselves by serving in the external level and experiencing in the internal level, made them understand the concept of country and society better and exalted their moral realm. The team spirit and volunteer spirit they advocated also changed the view of the world, the view of life and values of young people. In addition, it calls on more people to participate in volunteer service and practice the socialist core values. In this way, it has great influence on moral construction.This thesis mainly takes the Leiyang City as an example. Through the empirical analysis of the voluntary service practice in the Leiyang City's Communist Youth League organizations, from points to surfaces, which triggers double thinking towards the function innovation and the ethical practice mode of the Communist Youth League volunteer's work. On the one hand, it's good to promote the development of volunteer League service work. On the other hand, through the analysis of volunteer moral practice mode which is of the characteristics of times, it provides some thought for promoting the moral construction of contemporary China.
