Research On Lenin’s Thought Of Labor Education

Labor is the foundation of the existence and development of human and human society,and is also an important way to realize the development of society and human.In the era of digital economy,the proportion of digital labor in labor is gradually increasing,which has profoundly changed the way of production and life of human beings.How to guide people to understand labor,adapt to the changes in all aspects of production and life in the digital economy era,and realize the further development of the country,people and society is an important issue facing the new era.Marxism believes that labor education is the only way to create all-round development of people,but also an important way to promote social development.Lenin inherited this view.Once the proletarian regime was established,it immediately carried out labor education throughout the country and studied and implemented it in connection with socialist economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and all-round development of human beings.After sorting out and summarizing the classic texts and relevant historical materials,this paper mainly discusses Lenin’s thought on labor education from the following aspects: The first part as an introduction,from the background of the topic,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation points and the definition of Lenin’s labor education related concepts.The second part,the formation background and development of Lenin’s thought of labor education are combed.The formation background of Lenin’s thought of labor education is investigated from two aspects of theory and practice,and the formation process of the thought is divided into three periods.The third part discusses the main content and practice path of Lenin’s labor education thought in detail.Based on the concept of labor education in the new era,the main content of Lenin’s labor education thought is divided into two aspects: labor viewpoint education thought and labor technical education thought.In order to ensure the smooth development of labor education,Lenin put forward the guarantee policy including political,economic,social,cultural and other aspects.Lenin emphasized the need to pay full attention to the political level,to provide sufficient material support in the economic aspect,to strengthen the organization and reform of teachers,to provide excellent talent support.In addition,Lenin also stressed the need to stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses through propaganda and incentive policies,relying on the strength of the people to develop labor education.The fourth part summarizes the theoretical characteristics of Lenin’s thought of labor education.Based on the content of the first three parts,it can be clearly found that Lenin’s labor education thought has obvious political,popular,practical and systematic characteristics.The fifth part,review the history,combined with the development of Marxist ideological labor education thought,analysis of Lenin’s labor education thought in the development of Marxism’s historical position.Focusing on the future and combining with the new circumstances of our labor education in the new period,this paper analyzed the realistic enlightenments from Lenin’s labor education thought.In a word,Lenin’s labor education thought enriched and developed the content of Marxist labor education thought in theory,and in practice,brought a strong impetus to the socialist construction of Soviet Russia and promoted the liberation and development of human beings.To this day,reviewing the basic content of Lenin’s labor education thought and summarizing the successful experience of Lenin’s labor education will provide the guidance of scientific theory and practice for the development of our labor education cause.
