Research On The Construction Of International Discourse Power Of Marxist Ideology In The New Era

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set a new historical position for socialism with Chinese characteristics,that is,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the historical position of the new era,Marxist ideology,as the ideological superstructure guiding China’s development and construction,is the theoretical core and ideological essence of China ’ s international discourse power.Therefore,the study of the international discourse power of Marxist ideology has become the subject of the study of China’s international discourse power,and has become the historical choice and practical requirements of promoting the development of Marxist theory,removing obstacles to the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and maintaining world peace and development.However,opportunities and challenges coexist on the road to the construction of the international discourse power of Marxist ideology.First,although our country put forward the concept such as "human destiny community" and "One Belt And One Road" initiative in China,but China as founder members of the UN and one of the five permanent members of the UN security council,in formulating international mechanism,guide the international public opinion,and other areas of the part and the key issues are still present domain "aphasia" state.Second,in the face of an increasingly growing China,Western countries with strong international discourse power have consciously,purposely and systematically discredited China based on their discourse logic,discourse thinking,and discourse standpoint,resulting in China’s deep "theory of China threat ","theory of Chinese Pride","theory of Chinese Responsibility" and other Western discourse frameworks and discourse traps.Therefore,in order to fundamentally reverse the phenomenon of "micro-voices from great powers",it is necessary to build a powerful Marxist international discourse power by enhancing the influence of the subject of discourse,the attractiveness of discourse content,the dissemination of discourse mediators,and the cohesion of discourse objects.Let the world hear the "Chinese voice" and understand the "Chinese story".This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly discusses the research background,research purpose and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods,research innovation of the construction of international discourse power of Marxist ideology.The second chapter is a theoretical overview.This chapter mainly explains and combs the related concepts and development process of Marxist ideology international discourse power,and summarizes the basic elements and main principles of the construction of Marxist ideology international discourse power in the new era.The third chapter is the analysis of necessity and possibility.This chapter analyzes the necessity and possibility of constructing the international discourse power of Marxist ideology in the new era by examining subjective and objective conditions.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the real dilemma.This chapter systematically analyzes and grasps the challenge of constructing the international discourse power of Marxist ideology in the new era from the four dimensions of discourse subject,discourse content,discourse mediator,and discourse object.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the practice strategy.Based on the analysis and grasp of the realistic dilemma,this chapter puts forward the construction strategy of constructing the national discourse power of Marxist ideology in the new era.
