The work of attracting investment is an important work and task in the development of modern economy and society,and it is also one of the focal points of the society.The research on attracting investment of township government is another hot spot.The academic circles question the importance of the function of township government to attract investment.However,after reform of rural taxes and fees,the township governments have to pay attention to the work of attracting investment under the pressure of assessment in order to promote the local economic and social development,and open up financial resources.Therefore,at present,how to correctly view attracting investment of township governments looks imminent.J town is located in Huzhou city,Zhejiang Province.In recent years,in order to better promote local economic development,it has made great efforts to attract investment.In recent years,J town has focused on emerging industries for information technology,high-end equipment and biological medicine,and traditional advantage industries for new metal material,green household industry,modern textiles and fashion boutique projects investment.It has successfully introduced more than a dozen projects,of which fixed asset investments are all over 100 million yuan,and a batch of small and micro enterprises,effectively promoting local economic and social development.The indicators,such as per capita disposable income,government revenue and so on,have rapidly grown.Great achievements have been made in investment promotion work.However,the study on investment attraction of township governments should not only start from the economic perspective,but also pay attention to the fact that the regional society under the jurisdiction of township governments is the rural society and the grass-roots society.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the characteristics of China’s rural society,such as the rural economic and social development situation,the folk characteristics of people’s livelihood,and the operation characteristics of the grass-roots government.Then the problems above could be studied and considered rationally.This article starts with the research on investment atrraction of township government at home and abroad,discusses and analyzes the functions of township government in attracting investment.Based on the case of J town huzhou city zhejiang province,this article analyzes internal and external motivation,mode of attracting investment and invest promotion effect about investment attraction of town government.And on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,this article summarizes the difficulties of town government in attracting investment,finally finds out the problems and put forward a series of countermeasures.Research on investment attraction of township government needs to go deep into the grassroots rural areas,understand the rural social situation at the bottom of our country,after fully grasping the actual situation,can put forward better countermeasures for the investment attraction of township government.At the same time,it should be noted that investment attraction can only be used as an auxiliary means of economic development rather than a fundamental factor.
