Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of University Network Ideology Security

Ideological problems are old and new,which are related to the overall situation of the party and state work and even the national rejuvenation.At present,with the rapid development and maturity of the Internet high-tech,the overall situation in the field of mainstream ideology in China continues to rise,while facing many ’unrest’ factors.Colleges and universities are the talent base for the party and the country to cultivate the mainstay of the great cause of socialism,and the forefront of fierce confrontation between various ideological trends at home and abroad.Safeguarding the security of network ideological positions in colleges and universities is not only in line with the needs of the times of rational guidance of network public opinion,but also highly in line with the strategic requirements of cultivating innovators,witnesses and successors of the new era.The research idea of this paper is:First of all,the concept definition and theoretical basis is the theoretical support of the argument.Taking the network ideological security of colleges and universities as the research object,this article has carried on the elaboration and the definition to the subject related concept,and introduces its theoretical basis mainly from the ideological theory of Marxist classical writers and Xi Jinping ’s overall national security concept.Secondly,the connotation analysis is the premise summary.This paper mainly studies and explains its basic connotation from three aspects of characteristics,value and composition,understands the realistic representation of the research object that presents political orientation,sensitive complexity and collaborative relevance,and believes that it meets the needs of politics,security and the times.This paper analyzes the system composition of network ideological security in colleges and universities from the perspective of subject and object of communication,and holds that the network ideological security in colleges and universities should include the leadership and discourse power security of communication subjects,the platform security of communication intermediaries,and the risk prevention and acceptance security of communication objects.Again,risk perspective is the main performance of the argument.It is pointed out that the current network ideological positions in colleges and universities are faced with ’ foreign worries ’ represented by the monopoly and attack threats brought by capitalist countries relying on technological hegemony,the risks brought by the infiltration of western values in colleges and universities,as well as the ideological security of colleges and universities in the stage of media integration and development,the "internal worries" represented by the elimination of social pluralism,and the potential impact of the fierce spread of network public opinion on the ideological stand of colleges and universities,and the hidden dangers brought by the diversification of young students ’ ideas.Then,source thinking is the deep excavation of argument.The reasons behind the problem are summarized and analyzed,which are caused by internal and external causes:one is the external cause represented by the conflict between China’s rise and the developed countries and the negative effect brought by the background of social transformation era;the other is the internal cause represented by the excessive entertainment to obliterate the cognitive will of young students and the limited literacy of students’ network ideological education.Finally,the practical approach is the foothold of the argument.It puts forward the appropriate way " from four aspects,namely,strengthening the theoretical foundation,innovating publicity methods,improving institutional mechanisms and strengthening student education.To study the ideological problems and countermeasures in the field of cyberspace in colleges and universities is in line with the urgent need of national network security governance and related to the construction of the mainstream ideology of the Party and the countiy.In the current rapidly changing Internet society,how to strengthen the risk prevention ability in the field of network ideology in colleges and universities and establish an effective risk prevention mechanism will increasingly show more important theoretical value and practical appeal.
