Research On The Problem Of Smart Home Care For The Aged In Harbin

With the increase of the elderly population year by year,the demographic dividend gradually disappears,which means that the proportion of the elderly in social groups is getting higher and higher.Old-age security as an important part of social security,improve the elderly pension environment,alleviate the pressure of social and family pension has become the world countries and regions need to solve the problem.Therefore,the severity and necessity of the pension problem have attracted much attention.Due to the continuous development and progress of science and technology,some developed countries have taken the lead in integrating science and technology into the pension life of the elderly.With the help of high-tech,it has become an urgent task to fully integrate pension resources and provide more and better pension services for the elderly.There are about 214.7 million elderly people over 60 years old in Harbin,accounting for 22.6%of the total population of the city.The contradiction between social supply and demand of pension service resources in quality and quantity is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this study takes the wisdom of the elderly as the starting point and follows the research route of "theoretical basis-current situation analysis-questions-causes analysis-experience reference-policy recommendations " to evaluate and analyze the mode of community home-based wisdom for the elderly and understand the operation of community home-based wisdom for the elderly in Harbin and its impact on the elderly’s pension life.Based on the demand hierarchy theory,welfare pluralism theory,collaborative governance theory and sharing economy theory,this paper provides a theoretical basis for research from domestic and foreign literature.Based on the current situation of the development of community home-based intelligent pension in Harbin,this paper describes the supply and demand of intelligent pension services,and reveals the problems such as low intelligent level of pension service equipment,poor acceptance of community home-based intelligent pension by the elderly,and imperfect development of community home-based intelligent pension industry.The causes of the problems such as the lack of standardization of intelligent pension industry standards,the dislocation of intelligent pension equipment and the demand and consumption level of the elderly,the low professional level of intelligent pension industry talent team,and the lack of perfect system of intelligent medical and nursing combination plan are also revealed.In addition,this paper summarizes and reviews the development of community home-based smart care in the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany and Japan in foreign countries,and the implementation of community home-based smart care in Nanjing,Wuzhen,Shaoxing and Guangzhou in China,and draws useful experience from the government in encouraging the development of diversified service providers,encouraging the smart combination of medical care and health care,unifying the standards of smart care service industry,and promoting smart care through scientific and technological innovation and development.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as establishing and perfecting the information system of intelligent pension service industry,perfecting the supervision mechanism of community home intelligent pension,exploring the development of diversified intelligent pension,and improving the professional level of intelligent pension service,so as to provide reference for further improving the living standard of elderly people in Harbin,promote the better development of community home intelligent pension in Harbin,and realize the goal of enhancing the happiness of elderly people in their later years.
