Research On The Construction Of Police Team In CH Prison In Anhui Province

Speeding up the construction of the police force in the political and legal system is an important content put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the political and legal work conference.The meeting pointed out that the political and legal team must ensure absolute loyalty to the party,continuously improve the ability of administrative law enforcement,establish a good cadre image,be honest,self-disciplined,and self-conscious.Overcome formalism and bureaucracy,and carry forward the spirit of struggle.In the context of the new era of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee,the construction of the prison police force should follow the principles of joint construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance proposed at the meeting,and implement the latest deployment requirements for comprehensive rule of law.To accelerate the comprehensive deepening of reforms in the field of politics and law,and to improve the political positions of party members and cadres,the construction of the prison police team is particularly important.This article takes the research on the construction of the police force in CH Prison in Anhui Province as the theme,uses public governance theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor motivation theory,and fairness theory as the theoretical basis for the research,using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and interview investigation Method,induction method,etc.In this study,a total of 81 questionnaires were distributed,81 were recovered,81 valid questionnaires were 100% effective,and 30 police officers were interviewed to understand the current situation of the construction of the police team in CH Prison in Anhui Province.Through investigations and interviews,it is found that there are problems in the construction of the prison police force,such as the aging of the police force,the low level of informatization,the lack of actual combat training,the poor promotion,and the inadequate supervision.The causes of the problems are the imperfect management mechanism and the insufficient education effect.Due to lack of incentives and insufficient supervision,through summing up and learning from the experience of other prison police team construction,it is proposed to improve the personnel police mechanism,strengthen rotation training,promote information education,improve performance incentives,and strengthen disciplinary supervision,etc.Suggest.
