Research On The Leadership Improvement Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Rural prosperity means national prosperity,rural decline means national decline.The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy fully demonstrates that the Party and the state attach great importance to the issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Rural grass-roots Party organizations are the battle bastions of the Party in rural areas and shoulder the important mission of deepening the rural revitalization strategy.With the deepening of rural reform and development,various conflicts and contradictions come one after another,which puts forward new requirements for the leadership of rural grass-roots Party organizations.Restricted by endogenous and exogenous factors,the leadership of Party organizations in some rural areas began to weaken.In the new era,how to improve the leadership of rural grass-roots Party organizations,how to adapt their own construction to the task of rural revitalization,further promote the cause of rural reform and development,and lead the people to make unremitting efforts for rural revitalization are the important issues facing the current rural grass-roots Party organizations.This paper mainly takes rural grass-roots Party organizations as the research object and studies the leadership related issues of rural grass-roots Party organizations in the new era.The body includes the following three parts:The first part mainly expounds the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations and other related concepts.On the basis of a deep understanding of Marx and Engels Lenin’s leadership thought and the leadership thought of Chinese leaders,it summarizes the great significance of improving the leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations under the Rural Revitalization Strategy;The second part studies the leadership status of rural grass-roots party organizations by means of questionnaire and personal interview.Through the questionnaire analysis,the problems existing in the leadership promotion of rural grass-roots Party organizations are obtained.The political ability is weakened,the executive power is not strong;backward ideology,leading force is not strong;service work is not real,organizational strength is not strong;demonstration take the lead is insufficient,the appeal is not strong and so on.The third part,based on the rural revitalization strategy of the new requirements for the leadership,put forward the overall improvement of the leadership of rural grass-roots Party organizations countermeasures:strengthen the grass-roots Party organization,enhance the political leadership;establish a learning party organization to enhance the thought leading power;to establish a service-oriented party organization and enhance the organizational power of the masses;play a leading role in demonstration,enhance social appeal and other aspects.
