Research On The Subject Participation Of Colleage Students In Network Moral Goverance

In the new era,network moral governance should be people-centered and give prominence to the role of subjects.Multi-subject participation is the prominent feature of network moral governance.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has also pointed out that a comprehensive network governance system should be built to form a comprehensive governance system that combines multi-subject participation and multi-means.Network moral governance should give full play to the initiative of each subject,and construct a governance model of multi-subject participation,coordination and co-governance.As a group with high quality and more active in the network,the orderly participation of college students is an important part of multi-subject participation in the network moral governance,a key part of promoting the modernization of the network moral governance,and a realistic need for the free and comprehensive development of college students.In 2010,the Ministry of Education issued the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020),which emphasized the need to establish a diverse concept of talents,encourage individual development and cultivate talents without sticking to one style.In the important period of realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,giving full play to the subject initiative of college students and guiding them to participate in network moral governance in an orderly manner is not only the demand of diversified talent cultivation in the new era,but also an important measure to realize the modernization of governance.Therefore,this paper takes the subject as the entry point,and on the basis of clarifying the subject status of college students’ participation in network moral governance,combines investigation and analysis of the existing deficiencies of participation and explores the root causes,and puts forward countermeasures to enhance college students’ subject participation in network moral governance.This paper mainly studies from four parts.The first part elaborates the main position of college students in network moral governance.On the basis of clarifying the important role of people in network moral governance and the necessity of subject participation,this paper points out that college students are beneficiaries,active subjects and dominant subjects in network moral governance,and clarifies the subject status of college students in network moral governance.The second part,on the basis of investigation and research,analyzes the problems existing in the current college students’ participation in network moral governance in the sense of participation efficacy,role cognition,participation mode,participation ability expression,participation action state.The third part focuses on the analysis of the causes of the problems in the process of college students’ participation in network moral governance.The main problems of college students in participating in network moral governance are the lack of motivation to participate subjectively,which leads to the difference of knowledge and action in actual participation,including lack of emotion,weak will to participate,and weak self-restraint.From the objective conditions,the training and guidance of colleges and universities are not enough,the participation mechanism is not perfect,the network public opinion is not good,and the social environment is not good.This is the breakthrough found in research to solve the problem.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the problems and causes of college students’ participation in network moral governance,discusses how to strengthen the college students’ participation countermeasures in network moral governance.Existing in the combination of college students in the network moral governance of subjective and objective reasons,from the shaping of the college students’ personality,the cultivation of college education,perfect mechanism and environment on the optimization of multi-angle three-dimensional analysis solution,in order to enhance the initiative of college students to participate in the network moral governance,consciously play an active role,this is the meaning of the study.
