| "Internet plus government services"is a national benefit measure.It is a deep integration of digital technology and government services.It aims to innovate the government service mode,build an open service system for people,benefit the people and facilitate the people,and provide the public with transparent,efficient,convenient and fair government service[1].However,some underdeveloped counties in China have not correctly understood the importance of government service work,ignoring the current transformation and upgrading of the Internet plus government service platform.Most of the platforms have poor experience,lack of information sharing and blocking,lack of satisfaction in service effectiveness,and overtime management and security risks.This is not conducive to promoting the construction of service-oriented government.Priority among priorities is to optimize internet plus government services platform.This paper selects the representative Yanshou County Business Bureau as the research object to understand the basic situation of the operation of the Internet plus government service platform.First of all,through the study of relevant literature,lay a theoretical foundation for the later research;Secondly,through the investigation and research,the status of the Internet plus government service platform of Yanshou County Business Bureau is analyzed from various perspectives.Thirdly,combined with the results of questionnaire and interview,we found several problems and analyzed the reasons;Then,according to the characteristics of Yanshou Business Bureau,the optimization scheme is designed,which is composed of several detailed parts;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,safeguard measures are designed.The research results of the Internet plus government service platform of the Business Bureau of Yanshou county can also provide reference and reference for other counties and counties to optimize and upgrade the government service platform. |
