Study On The Optimization Strategy Of Online Government Service Platform Under The Background Of "Internet+"

The construction of an online government service platform is an era of government informationization in the "Internet+" context.It is also an important way for the government to improve government service capabilities and realize a service-oriented government.In recent years,series of "Internet + government services" guidance documents have been issued in succession to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of an online government service platform.Each local government has accelerated the construction of"Internet+ government services",especially in establishing "provinces,cities,and counties(district)"Multi-linked online government service platform to carry out extensive exploration and achieved certain results.At the same time,however,problems such as lack of standardization of service content,inadequate functioning of platform functions,low safety factor of service environment and insufficient promotion are highlighted,which seriously reduce public satisfaction and impede the realization of a satisfactory service-oriented government goal for the people.This urgently requires the government to clarify the core essence of the online government service platform construction in the context of "Internet+",and to improve the problems exposed at present and further guide the optimization practice of the online government service platform.This study intends to conduct relevant theoretical discussions and empirical studies on the theme of optimizing the online government service platform under the "Internet +" background in China.First of all,scientifically define the related concepts of the online government service platform and "Internet+".Based on the new public service theory,government process reengineering theory,and government trust theory,it inspires the optimization of the online government service platform in the "Internet+" context and affirmation.The relevance and feasibility of evaluating government service behaviors from the perspective of public experience;Second,systematically review the evolution,status quo characteristics,and application effectiveness of China's online government service platform;again,taking the Internet service hall of Fujian Province as an example to investigate public use the specific situation of the online service hall,the use of SPSS20.0 software for empirical analysis of primary data,revealing the availability of service functions and the reliability of the service environment,two dimensions of higher impact on public satisfaction,service operation convenience and service content normative The dimensions have a low influence coefficient on public satisfaction,and analyze the deep-seated problems and causes of this result.Finally,they actively learn from the domestic and foreign online government service platform's practical experience and combine our country's "Internet+" background and related theory,adhere to use five principles:center,cost reduction,ease of use,interactive communication,and security and stability.Put forward suggestions for optimizing the online government service platform under the "Internet +"background,including paying attention to user needs and raising public satisfaction;broadening publicity channels and strengthening social awareness;strengthening efficiency monitoring and improving service effectiveness,with a view to providing useful guidance for China's deep promotion of online government service platform practice.
