The Improvement Of China Special Anti-terrorism Mechanism

The anti-terrorism mechanism of our country is composed of information collection,precaution,special anti-terrorism team construction and case investigation.It is an effective anti-terrorism system.The investigation mechanism of anti-terrorism special case is the core of the operation of anti-terrorism mechanism.As a special kind of criminal offense,terrorism crime should be regulated in the field of criminal procedure.Therefore,this paper focuses on the investigation of terrorism crime,especially the analysis of the problems and inadequacies in the special investigation of terrorism cases,and tries to put forward solutions.This study has a certain reference significance to improve China’s anti-terrorism theoretical system and strengthen the smooth connection between criminal theory and criminal practice.This article is mainly divided into four parts to launch the narration.The first part,mainly carries on the limits of the counter-terrorism special case investigation mechanism’s concept,prepares for the paper development.In the concrete elaboration process,has carried on the counter-terrorism special case investigation mechanism concept to the whole one by one unscramble.On the basis of strict definition,this paper puts forward the concept of anti-terrorism special case investigation mechanism.that is,the anti-terrorism special case investigation mechanism refers to a kind of organization and management form to deal with terrorism-related cases through the integration and sharing of police force,science and technology,information and other resources among departments with statutory powers or obligations.The second part,on the basis of the introduction of British,American and Russian anti-terrorism mechanism,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these three countries in anti-terrorism investigation.This has the positive significance and the promotion function to consummate our country’s counter-terrorism special case investigation mechanism.In the third part,the investigation mechanism of anti-terrorism special case in our country is introduced,mainly from the two aspects of content and operation mode.On this basis,it points out the deficiencies and defects in the investigation process of China’s anti-terrorism special case.And has completed the foreshadowing for the following consummation this investigation mechanism.In the fourth part,on the basis of British,Russian and American counter-terrorism mechanisms,the author puts forward some concrete and perfect methods to solve the problems in China’s counter-terrorism investigation mechanism.
