Research On The Function Optimizatiom Of Gansu Federation Of Industry And Commerce In The New Era

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the continuous development and expansion of the non-public sector of the economy,leading cadres at all levels have paid more and more attention to the role of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in promoting the development of the non-public sector of the economy,therefore,the role of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in the non-public sector of the economy to play a maximum level,and gradually become leaders at all levels,experts and scholars to study and solve the issue.The Federation of Industry and Commerce,as a bridge,assistant and link between the Party and the government and the non-public economy,how to give full play to the service function of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and effectively promote the healthy development of the non-public economy and the healthy growth of the non-public economy people,it is an important task facing the work of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in the new era.The existence of the Federation of Industry and Commerce,in China’s Socialist market economy system,has a unique value and significance.The fact that China is a socialist country determines that the government plays a dominant role in the development of the social economy,and the market determines that the economic development must follow the law of the Macroeconomic regulation and control.At this time,there are more contradictions and conflicts between the government’s Macroeconomic regulation and control and the market economy.The value of the existence of the Federation of Industry and Commerce is to effectively ease the contradiction between government regulation and the development of market free economy.Therefore,if we want to solve these difficulties,we must first understand the problems in the performance of its functions,and understand its causes,so as to put forward suggestions for optimization,so as to better serve the "two health".Based on the above background,the research object of this paper is the Gansu Federation of Industry and Commerce,taking the function of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Gansu Province in the new era as the research subject,and through the use of questionnaires,seminars and interviews,etc.,on the basis of a large number of literature,combing the current situation of the functions of the Gansu Federation of Industry and Commerce,based on the theory of good governance and the theory of the third sector,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance of the functions of the Gansu Federation of Industry and Commerce in the new era,such as the imbalance of the “three natures”,the weak capacity of the service and management chambers,the insufficiency of its own capacity-building,and the single means of promoting the construction of a new-type relationship between government and commerce,and from the legitimacy,responsibility and rule of law three dimensions analysis of the causes,on the basis of this,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the functions of the government and the Federation of Industry and Commerce,enterprises and the Federation of Industry and Commerce,to strengthen self-construction,and to promote the construction of a new relationship between government and commerce,it provides some useful references and suggestions for the promotion of “two health" by the value of the Federation of Industry and Commerce.
