Quanzhou City Federation Of Industry And Commerce Organization Status Quo And Countermeasures

With the steadily improving of China's socialism market economy system and fast development of economical globalization , the non-public sector of the economy has been experiencing a new round of development. The Federation of Industry and Commerce (also know as FIC), as a communication channel between the government and the non-public economy and an assistant of the government in managing and sevicing the non-public economy, has been playing an active role around its"United front, economic, non-governmental"characteristics .However, FIC is now facing the new challenges as the the developing situation of non-public economy . The three characteristics appear the imbalanced phenomenon, not only its organization pattern and the operation mechanism do not conform to the goal of Chinese politics and economic restructuring, there is still a long way to go to cope up with the market economy principle and international practice.This paper, taking Quanzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce(QZFIC) for an typical example ,is written in view of finding way out for the further development of QZFIC, enabling them to promote a healthy development of Quanzhou non-public economy and to contribute to the city's overall harmonious social development.On the basis of statement of the history and analysis of the current situation of QZFIC as well as making comparisons with the mechanisms of the Chambers of commerce in different countries,the paper is aimed at putting forward the personal suggestions on the government policies and own constructions in guiding towards the sound development of QZFIC.
