A Study On The Logic Of Technical Governance In Rural Society And Its Implementation Mechanism

The technicalization of governance is an important part of the modernization of the modern national governance system and governance capabilities.Starting from the basic attributes of technology,this paper takes the grid governance-based technology governance platform(Longyoutong)pioneered by Longyou County in Quzhou City as an example to study the main functions,internal logic and implementation mechanisms of rural social technology governance.Research has found that technological governance profoundly affects the way,structure and rules of rural governance,and is changing the power boundary between government and society.Among them,the two basic attributes of empowerment and supervision of digital technology are manifested as expansive and restrictive aspects in rural social governance.Specifically,the characteristics of technological production and empowerment contribute to the refined,scientific,and dynamic governance of rural society,enabling dual empowerment between different governance entities,thereby optimizing government administrative efficiency and improving public services Supply level and improve the overall efficiency of social governance to maintain and shape social public order.However,the regulatory characteristics of technology have also caused the risks of technological intrusion,technological abuse,technological restraint,and excessive technological regulation in rural social governance.For this reason,different governance entities need to follow the correct value concept,handle the inherent tension between the application of digital technology and the rural local order,and shape a governance network of interaction and coordination between the government,society,and the market,so as to create a rural social technology governance tight community.
