Research On The Mode And Path Of Government-Enterprise Cooperative Technology Governance

With the rapid development of intelligent technology represented by Internet technology,big data technology and artificial intelligence technology,the intelligence of human society has become an inevitable trend.This trend will bring about great changes in all areas of society.Faced with the trend of intelligentization,the traditional government has encountered many problems,such as maladaptive management system and insufficient management ability.Under the background of the change of the whole society due to the trend of intelligentization,the reform of social governance mode has also become the theme of The Times.In the field of social governance,the concept of cooperation has been deeply rooted in people’s minds,and the cooperative governance model has become the main model of social governance.Applying the technology of enterprises to government management can not only improve the level of government management,but also promote the innovation of government management.This paper takes intelligent security as an example.In the process of governmententerprise cooperative technology governance,according to the important degree and role of technology provided by enterprises in cooperative technology governance,the government-enterprise cooperative technology governance is divided into three basic modes: government purchase mode,enterprise staff mode,and government-enterprise co-governance mode.Through field investigation,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper finds out that there are many problems in current governmententerprise cooperative technology governance,and finds out the causes of these problems along the problems.Finally,the optimization path is proposed from three aspects: macro policy,medium government and micro technology.
