| After the amendment of the Vocational Education Law in 2022,all regions attach great importance to the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools,and local governments have also carried out a series of work.The Municipal Committee and the municipal government of T City have taken a series of measures in the process of vigorously supporting the development of vocational schools.In the context of the new era,it has made certain contributions to the training of social talents.However,due to the short period of school-enterprise cooperation development in vocational colleges,the results achieved by these measures still fall short of expectations,and there are different degrees of problems.The topic of this dissertation is carried out under this background.This dissertation takes three vocational colleges of T city as the research object.It adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey to scientifically analyze the obtained data and condense the questions.It is found that there are some problems in the regulations and system of vocational schools and enterprises,such as inadequate policy documents,inadequate government guidance and inadequate provision of information.In view of these problems,through analysis,the causes of these problems are traced back.In view of the causes of these problems,combined with the successful experience and theoretical guidance of vocational and technical colleges in other regions,we draw the following conclusions or countermeasures to solve the problems,First,the establishment of policy document system;Second,strengthen policy publicity;Third,strengthen policy implementation;Fourth,create a good environment for policy implementation.Based on empirical interview and relevant data of three vocational colleges in T City,a conclusion is drawn.The paper concludes that the government should attach importance to the development of vocational education,establish and improve the modern vocational education system,cope with the opportunities and requirements under the new era,strive to build a vocational education system suitable for the development of the region,promote a number of reforms in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,and formulate plans.Training and publicity,actively guiding financial support,strengthening supervision,promoting school-enterprise cooperation in the development of vocational education from multiple perspectives,deeply expanding the scope of cooperation,highlighting the influence of cooperation,governments at all levels in the future of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,there is still a large room for improvement. |
