In the long history of the Chinese nation,the integrity not only is a part of the excellent traditional culture and the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,but it becomes the key content of socialist moral construction,It is the way to how to be a qualified citizen and the foundation of standing on one’s own feet.The middle and upper grades of primary school is the key period of cultivation of the concept of integrity,therefore,it is very important to cultivate the integrity of the middle and upper grades students in primary school.Taking the middle and upper grade students in primary school in Urumqi as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the concept of integrity and its cultivation of the middle and upper grade students in primary school in Urumqi by means of questionnaire survey,interview and observation.This paper probes into the influencing factors of the development of the concept of integrity of primary school students in two dimensions of external factors,and finally puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the cultivation principles and strategies of the concept of integrity of the upper and middle grade students in primary school.The results show that most of the students have a good grasp of the basic content of honesty and credit,and generally agree with the importance of integrity,but some students have a low understanding of the shell of integrity,lack of self-evaluation ability,and there is a deviation in the understanding of the meaning of integrity.The understanding of the importance of integrity needs to be clarified,the judgment ability of integrity behavior needs to be improved,and the cognition of integrity is inconsistent with the behavior of integrity.On the basis of the above questionnaire survey,through further in-depth interviews,starting from the two dimensions of internal factors and external factors,this paper probes into the influencing factors of the development of the concept of integrity of middle and upper grade students in primary schools.Internal factors include:individual cognitive development and personality Characteristics,interpersonal environment and peer groups;External factors include:cultural management and integrity education environment in schools,teachers’ teaching methods and professional ethics,the concept of family integrity and the role model of integrity,and the construction of the trinity of "school,family and society".The interaction of these factors has a certain impact on the development of the concept of integrity of middle and uppergrade students in primary schools.In view of the influencing factors of the development of the concept of integrity of middle and upperr grade students in primary school,this paper focuses on the guidance of the concept of integrity of middle and upper grade students in primary school,combined with pedagogy,ideological and consciousness education of children and adolescents,and other related theories.At the theoretical and practical level,this paper puts forward the principles and strategies for cultivating the concept of integrity of middle and senior grade students in primary school.The principles of cultivating the concept of integrity include: the principle of stage;the principle of differentiation;the principle of combining theoretical education with practical education.2.The strategy of cultivating the concept of integrity is to strengthen self-education,unify knowledge and practice,strengthen the management of school culture and create the environment of honesty and credit education,promote teachers’ professional morality,strengthen the function of practical education,and renew the view of family integrity.To improve the understanding level of the concept of integrity;to strengthen the social cooperation of the family in schools and to promote the formation of a good concept of integrity.
