| The rural revitalization strategy is the realistic need of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China based on China’s "great historical mission of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way",focusing on solving the current predicament of imbalanced rural development and inadequate rural development.To lead and deepen an important decision made in the reform and development of China’s "three rural" work in the new era.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Government comprehensively explained the overall objectives,main tasks and specific strategies of the rural revitalization strategy,and made a new comprehensive deployment of the long-term development of the towns and villages in the new era,in order to further effectively solve the coordinated development of towns and villages.Provide a clearer,more effective and lasting solution.Taking the rural revitalization as the background,this paper takes Zhaojun Town as a special immigrant town as the research object,systematically discusses and analyzes the main problems existing in the current township and village development,and proposes corresponding solutions to make a reference for other counties.It has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Ta Based on the rural revitalization strategy,this paper starts from the connotation and significance of township and village co-ordination,rationally analyzes the relationship between the two,and studies the exploration and practice of the coordinated development of Zhaojun Town and Village,from planning and overall planning,resource planning,project planning and market planning.In the six aspects of infrastructure planning and human resources planning,the status quo of the towns and villages in Zhaojun Town was summarized and summarized,and the Zhaojun Bieyuan was used as a case study to study the living environment,economic conditions and infrastructure after the transformation.Quantitative analysis to explore the development results before and after the overall planning.On this basis,from the aspects of the township and village development,the existence of ideological and cognitive misunderstanding,the lack of scientific planning,the uneven distribution of resources,the lack of brand culture,the brand effect has not yet formed,and other outstanding problems in the overall development of the towns and villages of Zhaojun Town.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed from the lack of understanding of the construction of towns and villages with villages as the carrier,thelack of scientific guidance for towns and villages,and the lack of scientific guidance for township planning.On this basis,the path selection to adapt to the overall development of Zhaojun Township Village was proposed. |
