| In recent years,the increasingly mature technology of Internet has promoted the development of the information construction of the Communist Youth League,in its reform plan for the Communist Youth League,Central Committee of the Communist Youth League proposed the implementation of the "On-line Communist Youth League" project,with the focus on building a "intelligent league construction" system,where "the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League" system has gradually become an important means for the reform and strict self-governance of the Communist Youth League.The system has played more important role in the organization and construction of the local Communist Youth League.To explore systemically how to do a better job of managing the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League is of great practical significance to improving both the information and the service levels of local Communist Youth League.On the basis of expounding the significance of the research on the management of the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League,the dissertation conducts a systematic investigation on the development of the Qinhuangdao’s intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League management through research methods such as questionnaire surveys,interview research,statistical analysis.With the understanding of the related concepts and the basic characteristics of the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League,the basic situation of the Communist Youth League in Qinhuangdao,combined with the results of the interview survey and the questionnaire on degree of satisfaction,it’s been found out that the attention is insufficient to the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League during its management in Qinhuangdao,the management team is weak,the youth service mechanism is not perfect,and that the data cannot be interconnected and other aspects.The paper concludes that the importance of intelligent construction management work is neglected in Qinhuangdao Communist Youth League,the management personnel training and management mechanism of the youth are urgently needed,limited capacity to youth service,and that the security system isimperfect.Combined with the actual situation of Qinhuangdao,the dissertation puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions in four aspects: enhancing the degree of attention,strengthening cultivating talents,youth services,and improving the security mechanism,which can give great help for carrying out the intelligent construction of the Communist Youth League work better,and also for providing some new idea to implement intelligent management. |
