Research On Influencing Factors And Promoting Countermeasures Of Grass-Roots Employment Intention Of College Students In Science And Engineering Universities

In 2016,The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Communist Youth League in Middle Schools(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan");In2017,The Provincial Youth League Committee of Hebei Province,the Provincial Department of Education,the Provincial Editorial Committee Office,and the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for middle School Communist Youth League Reform in Hebei Province";The same year,Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League asked all middle schools to study and formulate the reform plan of the Communist Youth League of each school in accordance with the "Plan".Since the reform of the Communist Youth League of Middle Schools,the work of the Communist Youth League of Junior High Schools has made positive progress and opened up a new situation,but the problems are still quite prominent.This article is based on the " Implementation Plan for middle School Communist Youth League Reform ",combined with the basic situation of the construction of the Communist Youth League in the junior high school of Qinhuangdao City X District in the past five years,and the current situation of promoting the reform of the Communist Youth League.The purpose and significance of this study are mainly from two aspects:First,refine the requirements of the reform of the Communist Youth League in secondary schools for the reform of the Communist Youth League in junior middle schools,establish a sound management system for the Communist Youth League in junior middle schools,Promote the reform of the Communist Youth League in junior middle schools level by level;The second is that it will provide some reference for the reform practice of league organizations in junior middle schools in other regions in the future.This research is mainly promoted by integrating theory with practice,in terms of theory,I deeply studied the "Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Communist Youth League in Junior High Schools",Analyze the relevant suggestions put forward in the Plan for the reform of the Communist Youth League in junior middle schools.Learned "Organizational Change and Development Theory" and "Two factor Theory",lays a theoretical foundation for this study.In practice,we learned about the current situation of the Communist Youth League reform in Qinhuangdao District X Junior High School and the way the Communist Youth League work is carried out through questionnaires and interviews,It explores the four major problems in the implementation of the reform policy of the Communist Youth League in middle schools,namely,the imperfect organizational structure of the Communist Youth League,the implementation of the advanced concept of the Communist Youth League,the optimization of the working methods and contents of the Communist Youth League,and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of the Communist Youth League.Deeply explore the external and internal factors that lead to relevant problems,and then put forward strategies in four aspects,from optimizing the organizational structure and operating mechanism,strengthen the construction of progressiveness of League members,innovate the work content and methods of the Communist Youth League,strengthening the construction of league cadres and the guarantee mechanism of the Communist Youth League.In order to promote the reform process of the Communist Youth League in Qinhuangdao X junior high schools.
