Research On The Inner-party Inspiration,Care And Help Of The Grass-roots Organization Of The Communist Party Of China

Grassroots party organizations are the basis of all the party’s work and combat effectiveness,and Party members are the body cells of the party organizations.Strengthening the inner-party incentive,care and assistance work of grassroots party organizations is an important content of strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the inner-party incentive,care and assistance work of grass-roots party organizations for further enhancing the sense of honor,belonging and mission of the majority of Party members,and further enhancing the combat effectiveness and cohesion of grass-roots party organizations.To strengthen the party’s encouragement and care work within the party,we must take the relevant ideas of Marx’s classical writers about the party’s encouragement and care and help China’s Communist Party’s deep understanding of the party’s encouragement,care and assistance.In the process of the establishment,reform and opening up and socialist modernization,we should constantly strengthen the understanding of the inner-party incentive,care and assistance of grass-roots party organizations,deeply grasp the historical evolution of practice,sum up experience,explore laws,adhere to the problem orientation,based on the current reality of the inner-party incentive,care and assistance of grass-roots party organizations,from the current consciousness of the inner-party incentive,care and assistance of grass-roots party organizations is not strong,the strength is not strong Starting from the three problems of enough and not accurate,and analyzing the causes,this paper puts forward five suggestions for constructing the long-term mechanism of inner-party incentive,care and assistance of grass-roots party organizations in the new era: first,we should attach great importance to the construction of long-term mechanism of inner-party incentive,care and assistance of grass-roots party organizations;second,we should strengthen the construction of relevant culture in the party,cultivate the awareness of inner-party incentive,care and assistance of the majority of Party members;third,we should make progress Fourth,we should further strengthen the construction of the executive power of the incentive,care and assistance mechanism within the party.Fifth,we should proceed from reality and abandon formalism.
