Study On The Organizational Enhancement Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Era

As the core of the Communist Party of China's leadership in rural areas,the primary party organizations in rural areas are the battlements for increasing farmers' income,promoting agricultural development and promoting rural stability.Consolidating the ruling position of the party,eradicating poverty,leading rural culture and civilization,and realizing effective governance in rural areas are all tests of the organizational strength of party organizations at the grass-roots level in rural areas.Under the guidance of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,based on the combination of theory and practice,on the basis of the Marxist theory of political parties and in combination with the current situation of China's rural society,the study on the improvement of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era is of certain significance in both theory and practice.From the literature review,the rural party grass-root party construction thought,in order to highlight the political functions of party organization as the key point,strengthen the party organization,perfecting the party organization's operating mechanism,improve the party members' political quality,strengthen the cadre's leadership,abundant organizational resources,make the rural grassroots party organizations lead to promote the development of various undertakings in the countryside.We should consolidate the dominant position of organizational culture in the ideological field by promoting the core socialist values and the concept of the legal system,highlight the political function,and promote the development of political guidance and cultural prosperity.We should improve the operating mechanism of party organizations,strengthen the supervision of power with strict inner-party organizations' living system and accountability system,and at the same time encourage party members and cadres to draw closer
